At A Zoom Taxis, we take the safety of our clients and our drivers seriously. This is why all of our drivers are fully licensed, have NVQ2 qualifications and are required to undertake additional training in a range of areas, including:

•  Moving and handling awareness
•  MAPA – Management of Actual and Potential Aggression
•  Emergency First Aid at Work
•  Safeguarding Awareness
•  Helping Hands Training covering expected standards, disability awareness, communication and challenging behaviour
•  Passenger Assistance – Assisting children in the taxis
•  In addition to this, all of our cars are regularly tested to ensure the highest standards of safety are adhered to. We endeavour to get you to your destination promptly but most importantly, as safely as possible.
